Return and refund policy

1) Our policy is 30 days for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2) In order to be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as you received it.

3) Returns are only possible for physical items purchased on the site. Excluded from return are:

- Gift vouchers

- PDF embroidery patterns

4) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and confirm your request for a refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method, within a maximum number of 7 (seven) days.

Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times involved in registering a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at ofthreadsandbooks@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: via Enrico Petrella 42 50144 Firenze FI (Italy).

Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: via Enrico Petrella 42 50144 Firenze FI Italy. Shipping costs for the return of the item will be charged to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time needed for the delivery of the replacement product may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth more than €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment.
